The hiring process started with meeting a recruiter, where they explained about Slalom and its culture. I indicated that I was interested in moving forward with the process, so a technical screening phone call was set up with one of the Solution Architects. This screening covered knowledge on a number of technical skills and concepts.

The day after the screening call, the recruiter contacted me via email to set up an on-site interview. This on-site consisted of 3 one-on-one sessions:

• a technical interview
• 2 personal interviews.

Throughout the process, both the recruiter and the interviewers were professional, helpful, and accommodating to my schedule.
