Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and explained about the company, the culture, and the role fitment. It was a very friendly discussion. However, salary details were not disclosed, and I was told that it would be decided post-interviews.
A week later, a technical screening with a whiteboard session was scheduled. I was asked about my current project, role, different technologies, and their usage.
The whiteboard session focused on AWS account structure, e-commerce application architecture, and design decisions.
I had very little time to explain the architecture part, as the interview was only 45 minutes long. By the end of the session, I was evaluated solely on that piece and was told that it did not match their requirements.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I couldn't get through to the next stages, which would have been cultural fit interviews.
