I had the opportunity to work with smart people on bleeding edge technology. Slalom has strong partnerships with cloud providers and top tier vendors.
While many, if not all, the colleagues that I interacted with were respectful and surface level nice, there was underlying mistrust and hostility when working between the regions.
Clearly define roles and responsibilities so that employees can have a more cooperative and open working relationship.
