HR screen and then a 1-hour tech screen. It moved fairly quick; I got a rejection a couple of days later. I felt the screening question was not a fair test of the skills of a software engineer.
Questions
I was asked to implement an advanced probability question in a casino scenario.
I felt that it didn't test my coding skills as much as dynamic programming and math did. It wasn't an accurate test.
