- Laid off after less than a year due to abysmal planning skills on leadership's part, a week after being informed that I was due to switch teams, which was very shady all around.

I did a coding challenge and two coding interviews. They didn't seem to care too much about thought process; speed was very important. You have to know your coding language very well, and the concurrency primitives well as well.
