Here's a summary of my interview process:
Due to some delays in the process and the last-minute addition of the test interview, I was unhappy with the process and communicated this to HR and the hiring manager. We managed to work out an acceptable arrangement in the end, and I completed the extra interview. While I wasn't entirely happy about some miscommunications on the recruiting side, my hiring manager was very helpful and fought for me. This increased my motivation to continue, and I happily accepted the offer I received. I've been here about a year and am happy I insisted.
Nothing on the technical level was too difficult. The challenge was more psychological. You need a lot of patience, but you will get patience in return as well.
Hiring manager: What achievements were you most proud of? What things are you less proud of? What tech stack do you like to work with?
System design: Walk us through a system you were involved in designing. Show us one of the changes you made.
