The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiter I worked with was great at selling the benefits and experience of working at SoFi.

I agreed to take a test, which took me about an hour to complete. The following day, I received a call to set up an interview.

The interview itself was straightforward, with most of the focus on personality and culture fit. There were some basic Java questions.

I met with four different individuals for 30 minutes each.

Within a day or two, the recruiter got back to me with positive feedback and said an offer would be forthcoming. We talked salary, and when I received the offer, it was more than I asked for.

I was asked about whether I prefer Lowe's or Home Depot.
