So far, I like the work and the learning opportunities. They have great benefits.
The base pay is lower, but considering the benefits, it averages out. The company is growing quickly, so sometimes it doesn't feel like management uses its resources well in terms of employees. I can spend time developing, and then my work never goes into production. Someone else will do the same project. It can make you feel like what you do doesn't matter.
