Probably the most interesting place I've worked. Great pay, great benefits, exciting culture
SoFi is innovating the way finance is done. The executives have a clear vision of where they want to take the company, and continue to keep everyone in the company engaged and excited about it.
No clear metrics for performance evaluations and career progress. Without a real process in place for managing them, I've seen some favoritism and non-objective decision making.
