Hiring was through Campus Recruitment. The hiring process consisted of four rounds, viz. an online written test (largely aptitude based) and three interview rounds. The written test is of average difficulty level. Once you clear the written test, you will be called for a technical interview, which is largely based on your engineering subjects. Once shortlisted after the technical interview, you will be directed towards the next interview round, which is like any other management interview. If you are selected in this round too, then you will be called for the final round, which is the HR interview round. In total, around 120 students appeared in the written test, of which 25 were selected, and finally, 4 students were selected.
Most of the questions that they asked in the interview were of either easy or medium level. A few questions that I was asked in the technical round were tricky puzzles where the interviewer tried hard to confuse me till the end. But I was firm with my answer.
