After the phone talk with HR, they invited me to HQ for a tech interview.
It felt like the questions were hard on purpose. Also, the interviewers played the good cop/bad cop thing.
I got nervous.
Probably the worst interview I've had.

Pros: Nice, open work culture, but not a very innovative workplace. It has become too big.
Cons: Very inefficient organization in general. The work is also way too separated into functions, and that created products that have less value and less efficiency.
