I applied for an advertisement at a career site. They phoned me and scheduled a meeting with someone from the HR department. The interview was good, nothing extraordinary. They asked how much salary I expected and how much it would take to join them. Some of the interview was in English to see my English level. After some points, some people from the IT department came in and asked some technical questions to see my knowledge level. Then they arranged a second meeting with the Head of Development. It was an easy interview. I think she just wanted to see me.
