I got a call from a consultant for Sony. At first, an HR from Sony called me and asked about salary. That's a bit different.
Then I had a webcam interview with them.
Mainly, they asked about Linux commands, such as tar, the /proc file system, and strace.
Then they asked questions about my projects and went to project-specific questions.

Okay, but not a place to work for a long time

Pros: Very good brand name. The technology is okay. It is a tolerable place to work until you expect growth.
Not much stress. Employees get a discount on product purchases, and compensation is okay, but everything will be generalized, however you work, your senior or junior. So, don't work too much, lol. :)
Cons: Lack of transparency and professionalism. Senior Management won't consider employee opinions, not even subordinate opinions. They behave and take decisions according to their wishes. This always happens, from ratings to opportunities. Not an employee-friendly organization.
