Very good brand name. The technology is okay. It is a tolerable place to work until you expect growth.
Not much stress. Employees get a discount on product purchases, and compensation is okay, but everything will be generalized, however you work, your senior or junior. So, don't work too much, lol. :)
Lack of transparency and professionalism. Senior Management won't consider employee opinions, not even subordinate opinions. They behave and take decisions according to their wishes. This always happens, from ratings to opportunities. Not an employee-friendly organization.
We need to improve transparency and professionalism, and dump your cost-cutting methods.
Standard coding and algorithm questions. In-depth probing into the language of your choice and checking of know-how of various technical tools like Git, etc.
Interview by a senior engineer and a manager. Questions were about previous projects, video codec internals, and C programming. Moderate complexity with some logical questions. Interviewers were very friendly and had good knowledge of the subject.
The 1st telephonic interview happened for 20 minutes. It was just a project overview and some basic questions. The 2nd face-to-face interview was an in-depth technical round where I was asked to write programs on paper.
