First, an aptitude and tech test was taken for shortlisting (all branches were eligible; candidates had to choose one programming language, either C, C++, etc.). Approximately 20 people were shortlisted for the technical interview. Six to seven people were further selected for a panel-based HR interview. The third round was a management round (but, being from Comp. Sci., I was also asked many technical questions).
Then, the offer letter was given on the spot.
