They will give you extra if you go over time because it is a production company. I think there is not much benefit.

Due to it being a Japanese company, they also implement Japanese culture.

It is very hectic because it is a manufacturing company. Some of the staff bully the interns and let the interns do everything.

The environment is not very good, and the work-life balance is also poor. Everything is strict; even if you want to leave your car, you need to fill out some forms to be accessible.

Everything is about work; there's no enjoyment or fun.

I will not repeat this experience with this company again. I don't know about other branches.

Please watch your team members. It is not about work only; it is about humanity. Mental health is very important.
