If you have good technical knowledge, then you will get good work, so you will work in many technologies.
Too much politics; you cannot survive in this. Salaries are too low compared to the market; I don't know why they are still following an old salary structure. HR is like hell; they also participate in politics. Management is worse.
If you people will not take appropriate action, then you will find Sony development centers get closed from everywhere.
