Some great people and some smart leaders.
Opportunity to work with some of the latest technology and devices.
Opportunity to work with a variety of teams across the organization.
SNEI is experiencing growing pains. As the organization has expanded, they have recently adopted a framework known as SAFe (Scaled Agile). This has helped to facilitate collaboration between teams; however, it has come at a substantial cost. Many engineering teams have been forced to designate dual role responsibilities for developers and QA engineers to fill the SAFe roles (Scrum Master and Product Owner). This sort of work would ideally be done by Program or Product Managers and is not optimal for someone that wants to focus on engineering duties.
Take a hard look at the impact SAFE is having on engineering teams. Consider hiring more PMs to fill the roles of SM or PO for multiple engineering teams, letting the engineers focus on what they are good at.
Three different steps. All interviews were conducted online: * HR Interview (tell about yourself, weaknesses, and why should we hire you) * Tech Interview * Interview with manager Intense but fair.
The process was easy to navigate and very helpful. Online video answers with the option to retry and listen back before submitting. The helpful tips as well really helped me. The way the person answered it first gave me an idea of what to say.
The recruiter found me online. We chatted, and I agreed to apply. I spoke to the hiring manager during a phone interview; they were a very nice person over the phone. When I got to the interview, I met the rudest, most narcissistic people one could
