Avionics Engineer Interview Experience - Los Angeles, California
Process
The interview process began with two phone interviews.
The first consisted of three technical questions relevant to the position, asked by an HR manager.
The second was a half-hour phone interview conducted by one of the senior engineers on the team I was applying to.
Following these two interviews, I was invited to an onsite interview at the facility in Los Angeles.
This interview began, following an awesome tour of their facility, with me giving a 30-minute presentation on a project I had previously worked on that was relevant to the position I was applying to. This presentation was given to 8 engineers who were part of the team I would be working with.
The interviewers interrupted my presentation periodically to ask relevant questions.
Following this, I interviewed with each of the engineers present during this presentation individually for thirty minutes each.
