Process
Applied online and was contacted via email after approximately two weeks. First, I had to complete an online assessment. This assessment gauges your knowledge of C programming by having you debug a few code snippets.
They stated they would contact me within a day, but they did not. I had to email them back to get the results of my assessment. After two weeks, I had not heard from anyone, so I gave up. I assumed I hadn't done very well on the assessment, even though I found it mostly straightforward and completed it confidently.
This lack of communication after promising a follow-up felt unprofessional, leaving the applicant waiting.
