Process
I did three rounds of phone interviews: one with the recruiter, then an engineering manager and team member – fairly technical. I went onsite to give an hour-long presentation, had 1:1s, and tours. The interview was cut short, but I was told my recruiter would follow up within a few days. The recruiter proceeded to ghost every means of messaging for multiple weeks (I still haven't heard back). Very unprofessional and unqualified recruiters, but very cool stuff going on the engineering front.
