Cons: Managers use metrics to show themselves and promote their own careers. They will throw you under the bus in an instant. Keep your opinions to yourself and your friendships elsewhere. It is a very clique culture and you never know who is who. Top level management is amazing, but some of the local managers are basically analysts who self-promote their agenda.

Pros: It is limitless on what you are able to do. There are truly passionate and hardworking people who work here.

Cons: Lots of hours, so you need to like what you are doing.

Pros: Get the opportunity to work on cool projects with some cool people.

Cons: The company doesn't really care about the employees. Management is harsh and people get fired sometimes for little or no reason at all. The company is protecting a child molester and has fired employees over it.
