Process
I had two phone screens before an on-site interview, which included a presentation on a project I completed. The questions were fairly standard.
Both phone screen interviews started 5-10 minutes late.
I felt good about my on-site interview and my fit with the team, but I did not receive an offer.
When I asked for feedback, the recruiter informed me that it is their protocol not to provide any.
This is something to note if you are interviewing here. I spent a lot of time preparing and traveling, and it would be helpful to receive a few notes.
