Process
Just standard interview questions.
For example, they asked if I was ready to relocate and if I had the necessary experience to work with them.
They never contacted me back, though. It is unfortunate.

Engineer • Current Employee
Hawthorne, CA
August 8, 2024
Pros: Excellent and unmatched empowerment, freedom, and lack of bureaucracy. Smart and helpful people at every corner. Great pay when considering stocks.
Cons: Be ready for extreme pressure to deliver on things you've never done before and have little to no time to get up to speed learning. It can be very stressful and very difficult to perform at a high level compared to others. You can survive at the company with good work, but the only way to thrive is to go extremely above and beyond, which is a hard task when everyone is doing exactly that.
