The process was pretty straightforward. It started with a slightly technical interview and a general discussion about my resume with the recruiter. This was followed by an interview with one of the team leads later, which went a little more in-depth on my resume and technical skills.

Pros: Working at SpaceX provides rapid professional growth, technical knowledge and opens up future opportunities.
Cons: People are just numbers there, and the churn and burn is a mindset of leadership. I was told many times that I was replaceable.
