Pros: Exciting projects. You learn a lot in so little time. Decent teammates most of the time. Awesome stock options and onsite food options.
Cons: Depending on the group, work intensity and hours have gotten worse in recent years, and upper management's decision making can be quite poor.

Pros: Get the opportunity to work on cool projects with some cool people.
Cons: The company doesn't really care about the employees. Management is harsh and people get fired sometimes for little or no reason at all. The company is protecting a child molester and has fired employees over it.
