I submitted my application online and was screened by a recruiter during a 10-minute phone call. I then set up an interview over the phone with the manager under whom I would be working. The interview was a 45-minute phone call in which we discussed the job description, my responsibilities if hired, my employment history and skills, and then I was asked some questions (which you will see below).
Although the interviewer mentioned the typical timeframe from phone interview to offer acceptance was four weeks, I was offered the job two hours after our call and accepted within two business days.
