High ownership of projects, extremely fast paced work, little hierarchy between engineers, and nice office benefits
High stress work (especially whenever launches are coming up), and the personalities of some engineers that might rub off the wrong way
I had one interview with a maintenance engineer, and then the next interview with a team lead. Pretty simple and straightforward technical questions. No behavioral questions at all, however. Not bad overall.
The interview consisted of two phone calls overall. One was a 30-minute phone screening with someone from HR. The second call was an hour interview about my resume and any past experience with TPS.
The interview process was super rigorous, but better than I feared. It involved a 1-hour presentation to the team, followed by 6-8 30-minute 1:1 interviews. The specific team I interviewed with was actually super friendly and understanding.
