I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
Got a call from an L2 engineer. Email said 30 minutes, but we talked for an hour. Basically grilled me on my resume and took me through a few hypothetical design scenarios. Questions ranged from mechanics of materials to statics to fluid mechanics.
