All interview stages were either 30-minute or 45-minute phone interviews.
Questions
They try to ride the fine line between technical questions and conceptual/creative ones.
They also like questions that start with "How many ways can you think of to...".
When you interview with multiple teams, they each tend to ask about similar parts of your projects and experiences, so it does get a little bit repetitive.
