I applied online and received an email from an online job application tracking site that allowed me to check the status of my application progress. I did not hear back for 3.5 months.
I was interviewed first by an HR representative over the phone. She then proceeded to set up a live interview with me. We established email communication as well.
I was then interviewed by the HR representative while she walked me around the facility on a tour. I was interviewed by six more people afterward. The total time spent on interview day was 6 hours.
