Pros: Fast paced, hands on, and challenging! It is the biggest collection of the smartest and best people you will ever work with. Lastly, who wouldn't want to say that you recover the world's only reusable orbital class boosters and fairings at sea.
Cons: Challenging schedule at times, and with a highly demanding workplace the pressure can be intense.

There is a major mission that the company is working toward, and people generally care and want to do good work.
