The manager was rude and unprofessional.
After three 30-minute phone interviews with the recruiter, the Electrical Engineering Manager, and the senior manager, the company flew me out for a panel interview.
To prepare, they gave a task of explaining 4-6 accomplishments and achievements in detailed format and preparing a presentation from a list of prompts that I was provided.
The prompts ended up being trick questions that only the engineering panel had experienced or don’t even do themselves. Only 1 out of 4 people on the panel bothered to read my resume and qualifications, including the manager.
