There were two phone screens. Each phone screen was 30 minutes long and asked fairly detailed questions about various aspects of electrical engineering.
Then there was an on-site interview. This included a presentation on an engineering project you have done in the past, followed by six back-to-back 30-minute interviews with their engineers.
