Contacted by recruiter, then phone screen by Hiring Manager, then brought in for an onsite interview and presentation.
The phone screen was generic (30 minutes) – simple questions about previous experience and general interview questions.
The onsite interview consisted of a ~20 minute presentation in front of a panel of four interviewers, followed by one-on-one interviews. There were more questions about my work experience, including some situational-based questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time when...").
Overall, the interview experience was good, but I did not have the right background for the job.
