Then, a 30-minute interview with hiring managers.

Finally, I flew down to Hawthorne for the in-person set of interviews.

That involved:

• A 15-minute presentation (prepared ahead of time) followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
• Half-hour one-on-one interviews with hiring managers and coworkers.
