Launch Operations Engineer Interview Experience - Hawthorne, California
Process
HR reached out based on previous Launch Ops experience at another company. I got to the second interview (without filling out an application) and they were pretty pressing about GPA. I had a 2.8 from a top university in aerospace engineering, so they ended the interview with that, stating I would not be successful.
Flash forward a year and a half, another recruiter reached out. I told them my GPA upfront and didn't even get a response. I have less than 2 years of experience, but it's still frustrating.
