The interview process consists of three phone interviews, leading to a final onsite interview.
The first interview was with an HR representative, who surprisingly asked technical questions, such as why the shape of an I-beam is favorable.
The second interview was with an engineer and was very technical. Many hypothetical questions were posed, such as, "What would you do to speed up an assembly line?"
I did not move past this interview. However, if I had, I would have proceeded to another interview with an engineer, and then gone onsite. There, I would have been interviewed by several engineers after presenting one of my engineering projects.
How would you go about speeding up an assembly line?
