Pros: - Brilliant coworkers
- Top tier management
- Lack of red tape, able to iterate and collaborate very quickly
Cons: - WLB is quite rough at times
- Elon fanboyism isn't rampant, but does exist
- Lack of red tape also means a lack of guardrails, leading to stress and anxiety at times

Pros: The willingness of the company to try new things, take risks, and allow people to accomplish their objectives with minimal oversight is amazing.
Cons: A decent amount of time is spent reinventing the wheel and re-learning the same lesson, just in a slightly different context or program. This sometimes leads to innovation and/or improvement, but just as often leads to headaches.
