I was reached out to by a recruiter after mass applying to like 30 positions one night. For some reason, I skipped the recruiter interview and went straight to the first technical interview (30 min) with two engineers on the team.
The next interview was a design presentation (20 min of presentation, +20 min of answering questions) for about 7 engineers and managers on the team.
The last interview, I went on-site and had a quick technical interview, followed by a long site tour and random technical questions as we walked, which wasn’t too bad.
In my design presentation, they asked about my Ansys versus analytical calculations.
I had to explain why the values were different, which I think was more correct, and why I used each.
If you're talking about Ansys, make sure you understand the setup and why you did what you did.
