Process

I had a preliminary screening with a recruiter.

A technical interview with two managers followed the next day.

One week after the technical interview, I was flown out to Starbase to present on a personal engineering project to an ensemble of engineers.

One-on-one interviews were scheduled to follow the presentation if I passed deliberation on the presentation.

I was sent home after the presentation.

Cons: No work life balance. In order to be successful, you need to be available/on call 24/7 and work most weekends and holidays. Every year, they are required to fire 10% of the employees, so if you're not a workaholic, you'll eventually get fired.
