Prestigious image hides a toxic work environment

Pros: Benefits, free food, and looks prestigious... unless you work there. Then you know.
Cons: Toxic work environment and people, long unpredictable hours, relatively low pay, corruption, extreme narcissism especially from people who have been there longest and have no formal education. Your reviews are based on co-workers' opinions of you and not facts. Lots of insecure people threatened by new ideas. Worst mistake of my career!
