Pros: Extremely mission driven company. Likelihood of success is high in the medium to long term. Great place to level up as an engineer.

Cons: You will not have a life outside of work, especially in Starbase.

Cons: 1. HR are sharks who are constantly hunting to fire employees with contradicting rules and policies. HR has too much control on day to day.2. Supervisors have zero clue of what actually goes on and are under qualified.3. Upper management (Directors, Managers, VP and up) are unaware of lack of quality that happens in day to day operations. Upper Management let's HR do whatever they please.4. Lack of education and teaching to employees. They rely way to much on tribal knowledge.
