Pros: Great experience, decent pay, and lots of opportunity to rise up quickly.
Cons: The most excessive micromanaging I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve worked at several aerospace companies. The lead was extremely disrespectful; this feeling was also shared by other team members. 10/10 stressful environment, constant rotation shift work, and long hours.
No amount of money or experience was worth what I still go through from this position.
