I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
Made it 2 rounds through, had a very friendly screening call asking quiz questions about my experience, usual describing my projects and what I achieved with each project. I passed the first round, going to second. I interviewed an engineer who was on site hiring a mechanical engineer for his team, quizzed on structures, and my experience with steel structures specifically. Because I don't have any experience with these, I was told in the interview that I would not be moving forward. I was told my resume could be passed to other teams, but I did not hear back until the rejection email a month later.
