I applied online, and the recruiter contacted me. During the interview, they set up another interview with the hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager and the team member went well, as long as they were asking questions about the projects I have worked on.
However, they had some specific questions and expected word-for-word accuracy regarding what they were thinking. In my view, this is foolish, as there are multiple methods to solve any problem.
It is unfortunate that some teams are not up-to-date with wireless technologies and hardly know what beamforming and precoding are. If you are truly technical, skip these teams; there is no use working for this company.
