The interview process included a technical phone screening, followed by a group phone interview, and then a group in-person presentation and interview. The group obviously took a strong interest in who they hire because, even for this entry-level position, managers, the department director, and the VP showed up. This definitely intimidated me, but it also showed that the company and its employees care very much about their work. Technical capability and personality are perhaps equally weighted.
