I met a recruiter at a job fair. She told me I didn't stand a chance until next year.
Contrary to this statement, I was contacted by the Prop team because of my resume. This phone call was followed by two hour-long phone interviews.
Everyone, except the initial recruiter, was extremely nice and professional throughout the process.
