The first interview was a phone screen.
The interviewer was 18 minutes late to our 30-minute phone call, but did extend beyond our original scheduled half hour.
The conversation mostly involved questions about some of the work I've done and more information on the company, followed by the scheduling of a technical interview for the next day.
