Tedious due to the pandemic.
Many interviews occurred if you were a selected few. This involved providing a 2-3 hour presentation with specific questions on previous projects (which was fun), and one-on-one interviews with the panel. It was impossible to see anyone's reaction during the interview since cameras were off and muted.
